- Two teaspoons of tahini
 - One teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
 - Half teaspoon of maple syrup
 - One-half cups of baby spinach
 - one cup of cooked lentils
 - Two tablespoons of thinly sliced red beet
 - Two tablespoons of shaved carrot
 - Few tablespoons (1-2) of chopped walnuts
 - Two tablespoons of feta cheese
 
Do This!
- Combine tahini, juice, and syrup in a small bowl.
 - Arrange spinach on a plate or in a container.
 - Top it with lentils and remaining ingredients.
 - Drizzle tahini mixture over top.
