Creamy Tahini Sauce: Have This!
- Two garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- One teaspoon kosher salt
- One cup tahini
- Half cup chopped fresh parsley
- Half cup fresh lemon juice
- One-fourth cup extra-virgin olive oil
- One-fourth teaspoon cayenne pepper
Do This!
- Sprinkle garlic with salt on a cutting boad.
- Use the side of a knife to smash into a paste.
- Transfer to a large bowl.
- Add tahini and one cup warm water.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Add parsley, lemon juice, oil, and cayenne and whisk to combine.
