- 2 c. grated, peeled sweet potato
- 1 tsp. tahini
- 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. minced crystallized ginger
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly butters an 8-by8-inch baking pan.
