- Half a cup of tahini
- Two cups of vanilla milk yogurt
- One cup of boiling water
- One of cup crushed
- Right Medjool dates
- One-fourth of teaspoon ground cinnamon
- One-eighth of teaspoon kosher salt
Do This!
- Spoon yogurt into an empty ice-cube tray and freeze it overnight.
- Place One cup boiling water and dates in a bowl and let it stand for 10 minutes.
- Place date mixture in a blender and blend it for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Add frozen yogurt cubes, crushed ice, tahini, cinnamon, and salt to blender; blend until smooth.
- Divide mixture evenly among four glasses and chill it for five minutes before serving.
