- One tablespoon tahini
- A tablespoon lime juice
- A tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- One unsalted black beans
- One-fourth teaspoon kosher salt
- Three tablespoons water
- A garlic clove
- Half teaspoon red wine vinegar
- One-half teaspoon ground cumin
- One-fourth teaspoon kosher salt
- One-fourth teaspoon crushed red pepper
- Two tablespoons queso fresco
- One tablespoon chopped red onion

Do This!
- Combine tahini, lime juice, olive oil, beans, salt, water, and garlic clove in the bowl of a food processor.
- Add vinegar, cumin, and crushed red pepper to food processor with black bean mixture. After that, process until smooth.
