  • One teaspoon dried oregano
  • Half teaspoon garlic powder
  • Three- fourth teaspoon black pepper
  • Half teaspoon salt
  • One pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into one-inch cubes
  • Five teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • One cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • Three teaspoons tahini
  • One teaspoon bottled minced garlic
  • Eight cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • One cup peeled chopped English cucumber
